Soon the collective thought behind this heinous crime and the tactical support that it is recieving belive's they will try and take the front seat in this situation in order to position themslve's in 2-3 way's 1 will be to prevent the victim from exposing this publicly 2 to try and stael as much eveidence as possible 3 as a result of 1 & 2 they will belive they have enough to then position the victim thru immediate manuver's into county resourses wheir the can flip and spin this situation and the outcome to keep this covered up. Personnal Footnote "They have stolen evidence the victim hid over at U of M library in Dearborn Mi." Felllow Michigan Taxpayeer's: THis woman iss all alone in this matter-and since they know this they bellieve she will eventuaily givee up. She had the willinngness to do so in july. Now as a effort to keep this quiet the victim's every move was being survalled and the dearborn police became very aware that report's were made to campus saftey at HFCC concerning the current event's at that time"Torture". So as a result campus saftey staff not only verbally qued the victim with dialog that was shared betwwen the victim and the perpetrator's at the time she was tortured/to create a sense of powerlessness and frustration but to directly let her know that their service's were not availible to her. So She went to U of M library in Dearborn to use the computer to start and complete the timeline of torture thru a free yahoo email account. As a result of od her internet activities being monitored they started using library stafff to verbally cue her with dialog directly pertaining to the torture. Personnal Note"When your Tortured you develop PTSD/these verbal cue's were desighned to activate the victim's PTSD along with adrenaline activation which in turn whould activate fight or FLIGHT RESPONSES/THE PRECURSOR FOR THE PHYSICAL TORTURE" I am aware this is confusing since you are not aware how this woman was tortured but IF YOU STAY TUNED TO THIS BLOG SITE IN TIME IT WILL BE REVEALED". When they saw that these verbal cue's were working they relied on them month after month.. When their ability to activate her PTSD symptom's started to diminish they started to look for other avenue's to deflect the victim from her campaighn of bring this to the public's attention"which a big part of it is completeing the timeline of torture thru this yahoo account at U of M in Dearborn and in Ann Arbor. See when the victim is in wayne county she spend's 95 % of her time in Dearborn and 75 % of her time at U of M's Library in Dearborn...so they are very hesitant about stageing incident's of provacation thru intimidation at U of M or in Dearborn... This is the secound reson why the have staged event's in Ann Arbor/but not at U of M in Ann Arbor they alway's wait until she's off campus in Ann Arbor staging altercation's at bus stop's,place's of buisness's she goe's to for her personnal need's or when she goe's to THe library in Ann Arbor the public Librarie's to use the internet for these blog's for the timeline of torture and other internet need's. She also uses microwave's on campus to heat up her food. So since she spend's all of her working time which is 75 % of her time in Ann Arbor at U of M and since they know she has a tape recorder they have to look for other way's to get her kicked off campus. This will be done to situate her off campus wheir she in diffeinitly more vulnerable to their staged event's that she has caught on tape. So as a tool to set her up they will believe it or not probably use a student to accuse the victim of some kind've theft--- a student was used last week" personnal footnote" Cost of T -shirt 18:00 dolar's and a Laptop they conviently left unatteneded in a hallway whier they heard the victim was pointed to when she asked whier the nearest bathroom was. Both note's are connected in reference to the victim being broke as a result of their crimminal solicitation that's been ongoing. In other word's create the need for a theft"the victim being broke then plant a item to streal and here's our reason to ban her/which in turn leave's her wide open off campus whier they will not openly stage event's . See the friend of teh victim is at THe library right know at U of M in Ann Arbor in order for her to use the computer she need's to show id They take her information down then as she walk's back to use the computer 2 individual's leave all of their stuff unattended as she is walking toward the computer's to work on her campaighn. She then Leave's then as a result ofthem knowing her name because they took her License information they can accuse her later of a theft because no one else visited this area of the library on the date and time. And since their was entapment last month that they orchestrated on Campus at U of M that the victim fell for as a result of having a need stemming from what they did earlier in the month they figure tie the two togetther and they have their reason to not only ban the victim but to arrest her which they know will provoke intense feeling of anger since all of this was done thru their crimminal solicitation of torture and concealing it then discreding the vitim thru a act they deliberatley caused and they hope as a result that the victim's PTSD and Anxiety will make her feel powerless while they start to take advantage of the fact they have her off campus whier more staged event's that exclude U of M being in the immediate picture..and whier she will not be able to use the internet for her campaighn or to come to campus to heat her food to eat. This is the deliberate manuver's in this collective thought to spin and situate the victim into a repeated cycle of crimminal solicutation which will be expalined later/and as result the victim will be discredited by having a theft ofn her record. wheir teh wayne police conviently cruised by me very very slow after the incident in which no one saw-they were hoping I'd stop them and say yeah these people that are stalking me are constantly harrassing me-then they'd ask for detail's and interrupt alot to distract my train of thought because they are aware I have adhd-they did this in taylor and dearborn-the goal is to petion me under the approaching the federal Building whier the FBI office's are, a plain clothe's police man was coming around from the area the security gaurd had come from, before I saw him and gave hime the letter----to give to Jim kietzner WDIV Investigative Reporter ,after the cop seen me see him he got on his hand held radio,right in front of me.I then proceeded to walk towrd's Michigan Ave asking people along my route if they knew were Ms Worthy's office was:,1 black lady who approached me as I was walking toward's a corner asked me were I was going i told her I was looking for Ms Worthy's office,she wasked me WHY-I declined to tell her...So when I got to Ms Worthy's..security at the front desk inquired why i wanted to go see Ms Worthy,i told them it was to speak with her about my friend being tortured in Dearborn Mi and that the police whould'nt do anything about it after it was reported to them,they then procedded to tell me that I could'nt see her without a appointment but then procedded to tell me that I could go upstair's to make one they directed me to the forfeiture's office.So i went upstairs to the office they directed me to and inquired about making a appointment to see Ms Worthy,they told me I could go dierectly to her office to make the appointment...they told me wheir it was,i then proceeded to her office,and approached the secretary's desk,after i told the secretary why i was their she asked i regard's to what I told her to discuss with Ms Worthy about my freind being tortured in Dearborn Mi,and that the Police have not done 1 thing about it after it was reported to them,she then procedded to tell me that a complaint need's to first be filed with the state police they do a investigation and if they belive a crim has been committed they forward what they accumulate to Ms Worthy,i then told her i dont trust the police anymore:this is when a woman who was in the office started explaining to me how the procedure's are ,and that going to the state police was the procedure I asked her who she was,she told me she worked in the forfieture's office..i said well Im not comfortable with goin to the state police because they already illegally was dean of Wayne state.He than had me make a statement on his cell phone metioning 1 of the perpettrator's name/2 day's later he showed up at 3 buisneses i went to/on the same morning kroger's/staple's and the bus stop in west dearborn it was a sunday.so after I told the lady in Ms Worthy's office that I'll think about goin to the state police I proceeded to leave the office at that time as I opened the door a state police officer walked thru it in uniform,he was african american.This was done to try and petuion me again BecauseI emailed and sent 3 certified letter's to Ms Worthy telling her of the torture last october 2006-And she not only did nothing about what had already happened but continued to let it happen.Now-How coincidental can that be-the police alway's seem advocate that was supposed to forward their report to the assighned detective that I made to Judith Kimball-I told her that i was tortured on Appoline and that since the police never reported it-the perpetrator's were still stalking and harrassing me.She told me to go to the Dearborn Police station and get a copy of each report and bring it in and that they will look at it.So I belive it may of been the following Monday i went in to view a copy of the report"I did'nt have the 6 00 dollard for the copy fee because i was broke because they had crimminally solicited me to use before the 3rd of August 2006,and I was broke as a result but I did want to see if I could talk to the Detective also that was assighned to the report I made in September of 2005-Detective Bigg's,First I was asked why AA Meeting at the Dearborn Police station and trust me I know they did this to eventually position Leslie thru the court's to have a AA individual offer Gaurdianship of the victim it's why this was BENCH LOCATED AT THE ENTRANCE FACING MICHIGAN AVE:SO LESLIE WAS SITTING THEIR EATIN A BANNANA DRINKING A ORANGE JUICE MINDING HER OWN BUISNESS WHEN SHE HEARD A HUGE NOISE 5 FEET AWAY FROM HER/INSTINCT CAUSED HER TO LOOK AND AT THAT TIME WHEN SHE DID SHE SAW A YOUNG WHITE MAN AROUND 5'10" BROWN HAIR AND A YOUNG BLACK MAN AROUND 5'6" COMING OUT OF THE STORE KICKING THE SLIDING DOORS AS TEY WERE the police officer at the desk what it meant-he asked me what's this in regard's to that I should tell him because I looked upset-So i told him breifly about Appoline-I told him my Apartment their had been enetered on more than 1 occasion and that the peoeple who did it were playing mind game's on my stir's so I complained about it to my landlord and he evecited me and that Im being stalked by them I told him it was a old AA sponser-he asked me wheir I was living I told him in a tent in the wood's-he asked me when was the last time I had a hot meal I told him I just left Mc Donald's and that i eat fine for the most part-he said no a real hot meal I said it's been a while then another person cam4e in for assistance and he asked me if I could wait about 5 minute's I said sure I even asked him if I had time to have a cigarrette while he was waiting on the people who came in he said yes-3 minute's later the taylor fire department showed up in their ambulance service and that the talor police decided to petition me-When I realized why they were their I said you lied to me he said no I did'nt I will check into the report for you but I think you need to be looked at physically-so I said is that all he said yeah they'll probably give you a hot meal-So i cooperatted but was'nt happy but was'nt angry yet because I belived he said this was being done out of concern-So I told the fire personnal why I went in and that I did'nt think it was right for the officer to arbitraily call you-\So they took me to Heritage-and sighned me in they told me they were going to bring my bike over and that I'd get it when they released me-as the Nurses were getting my personnal information"Name DOB address their tone of voice was real nice and tey seemed real concerned pleasantly-they were shame I thought sponser's were supposed to help you the nurse said I will be back in a minute-when she came back I asked them the date I thought it was the 20'th but I was'nt totally sure-they told me it was the 21'st I after about a minute I said "Oh my God you'll never belive this Today is that Sponser's Birthday I was telling youn about:They said Oh wow what a coincidence.So they left me alone for awhile -Then I started coming down with a migraine headache and the whole atmoshphere they created when I came in changed My behavior did'nt at all-but's their's did I requested 5 time's for some aspring politel and with complete normalcy-my attitude and tone of voice was repectful,quiet,and cooperative-they kept ignoring my request and stonewalling me-I eventually fell asleep 4 hour's later they woke me up arounf 1:20 AM to take me upstair's as soon as they woke me up i requested a asprin and they told I whould get some AFTER I sighned admittance paper's:-by the time they got me upstair's 5 minute's later I threw up all over the place she then took me in the room I sighned the paper's the gave me the asprin's and showed me my room I went to bed and fell asleep in about a hour.I still had the headache.---------------------------------August 22:2006the next morning after i woke up around 10 minutes later i was called into the conference room wheir 3 people were waiting for me to come in and sit down.So while I was talking to the 3 people that were in the conference room at Heritage Tammy the nurse told me that my chart said I had been diagnosed with Bi-Polar-when i asked by who I belive they told me a doctor that was in the emergency room area that I was brought in and she switched the subject right away by introducing the social worker and the Phychiatrist some pakistani woman-they lied to me later about my right's inreference to haveing to take medication for bi polar they said they whould strap me down if I did'nt take it and that if I whould just cooperate everything whould be ok and that they whould discharge me soon so since i had never been petitioned before and even though I knew the petition and diagnosis was total bullshit I took the medication and cooperated w8ith their deliberate treatment plan-This doctor put me on Valuam that made me fatiquged confused lethargic and anxious-when i complained about it she said it had to level out in my system they drew blood after 4-5 day's while I was still feeling all of the side effects-I was totally uncomfortable physically and mentally because Of this medication and she whould'nt listen then she upped the dose and when I refused to take it they threatened me again so I figured ok Ill take it and when i get out ill stop taking it-it was totally aggravating ,me.Footnote-i was being harrassed by other client's in their and the staff did nothing to stop it:So I took the higher dosage of lithium and they discharged me 4n day's later I was a mess physically and mentally -so when I got out I relapsed-see i was also pretty upset with the false diagnosis because I left appoline ready to sue as soon as the situation brought proof my way and they did this to discredit me:so I was pretty pissed but aftre the first day I hid my real feeling about the whole thing except the medication which I continued to complain about:So I relapsed as soon as I got out because I got paid I used the bathroom at Henry Ford medical center Fairlane-bathroomyand they tried a similar tactic on September 12 or 19th at the department of rehab using a black male that took off within 2 minutes of me leaving their and getting to the bus stop the wayne police convientlly cruised by me driving extremley slow as he went by me hoping that i whould flag him down and tell him that i was harrassed Some make the act illegal as it stands, while others do only if the stalking becomes threatening or endangers the receiving end. In England and Wales, liability may arise in the event that the victim suffers either mental or physical harm as a result of being stalked (see R. v. Constanza). Many states in the US also recognize stalking as grounds for issuance of a civil restraining order.
